Accurate and consistent insulin injection is vital for effective diabetes management. This session will highlight key updates from the 3rd edition of the "Insulin Injection Education Guidelines for Diabetes Educators," published by the Korean Association of Diabetes Nurse Educators. It will also cover practical strategies based on the latest international FITTER Forward Expert Recommendations. The revised guidelines emphasize standardizing core techniques-such as site rotation, needle choice, insertion angle, and injection force-to strengthen the clinical skills of diabetes educators across various care settings.

Sustainable Healthy Diets are dietary patterns that promote all dimensions of individuals’ health and wellbeing; have low environmental pressure and impact; are accessible, affordable, safe, and equitable; and are culturally acceptable. In relation to this, the EAT-Lancet Commission proposed a healthy and sustainable diet model that aims to provide health to the population and the planet, called the “Planetary Health Diet.” This section will provide the concept of the Planetary Health Diet and how it can be applied to people with diabetes.
