Invitation Letter for Visa Application

Dear All Overseas Participants

Only participants who have completed their registration can apply for an invitation letter for visa processing. This application is available only to participants who have completed their registration fee payment. The procedure is as follows:

Please be aware that the application for the issuance of the invitation letter for visa processing will be available starting from September 11^th, 2023 (Monday) in Korean time.

Step 1: Complete your registration.

Step 2: Visit My Page.

Step 3: Complete Visa Application Invitation Letter for the issuance.

Step 4: Download the form.

Once your request is made, you can expect the invitation letter to be emailed to you within a week, following confirmation of your full payment and completed registration.

* Note: ICDM 2023 will not, under any circumstances, issue guarantee letters for visa purposes.
