| Poster Exhibition Guidelines | 

1. Date: Friday 20 ~ Saturday 21 October, 2023
    Poster viewing 1: Friday 20 October, 11:50~12:10
    Poster viewing 2: Saturday 21 October, 11:40~12:00
    * Authors are required to be at their posters during poster viewing times.

2. Venue: Lobby, HICO

3. Poster Set-up: Before 9:00, Friday 20 October, 2023

                       Authors who do not display the poster without prior notice may face disadvantages in future abstract acceptance.

4. Poster Removal: After 14:40, Saturday 21 October, 2023

                          All posters must remain until 14:40 on Saturday 21 October. The secretariat holds no responsibility for any discarded, damaged, or lost posters after removal time.

5. Size of Poster: 90cm(W) X 140cm(H) 

6. Official Language: English

7. Registration: All presenting authors are requested to complete their registration with payment.
