| Oral Presentation Guidelines|

1. Date & Time: Friday 20, October 14:00~15:00 / Saturday 21 October 13:00~14:40

2. Venue: Room 101~104

3. Allocated Time: Oral presentation: 10 mins (7 mins for presentation & 3 mins for Q&A discussion)
                          Post-doctoral session: 10 mins for Short-talk
                           * All presenters are requested to strictly observe the allocated presentation time.

4. Slide Format: MS PowerPoint (Horizontally 16:9 ratio)

5. Official Language: English

6. MS PowerPoint Presenter Tool is available.

7. Preview room
* Please note that all presenters must visit the preview room (room 105~106) on the 1^st floor of HICO to check and upload presentation file at least 1 hour before your presentation time. It is essential to verify if your material is running properly with lecture room setting. Please make sure not to upload presentation material directly to lecture room. Macbook users should bring Apple adapter (connector cables) with you.

8. Conflict of Interest (COI) Disclosure: If the research included in your presentation was financially supported by any companies or other for-profit groups,
                                                                   you must indicate their role in analyzing the data or preparing the abstract in your presentation slides. COI status of|
                                                                   your abstract must be shown in the 2^nd slide (after the title slide).

9. Registration: All presenting authors are requested to complete their registration with payment.
