Use of AI Technologies in Abstract Preparation (초록 작성 시 AI 기술 사용)

The use of artificial intelligence (AI)-generated text or content in abstracts is generally discouraged. However, limited use is permitted provided that AI is not involved in the study design, data analysis, or interpretation of results, and full disclosure is made. AI tools (e.g., language models or chatbots) may be used to improve grammar, spelling, and clarity of the abstract. AI tools must not be listed as authors. Authors bear full responsibility for all AI-assisted content, including its accuracy, validity, and the absence of fabricated or misleading information. Authors must not upload personally identifiable patient information or sensitive, unpublished data to public AI platforms.

초록에 인공지능(artificial intelligence, AI) 생성 텍스트 또는 콘텐츠의 사용은 권장되지는 않으나, AI가 연구 설계, 데이터 분석 또는 결과 해석에 관여하지 않고 그 사용이 충분히 공개되는 경우에 한해 제한적으로 허용됩니다. 대규모 언어 모델이나 챗봇 등 AI 도구는 초록의 문법, 맞춤범 및 명확성 개선을 위한 목적으로만 사용할 수 있습니다. AI 도구는 저자로 등재될 수 없습니다. AI의 도움을 받아 작성된 모든 콘텐츠의 정확성, 타당성 및 허위 또는 오해를 유발하는 정보의 부재에 대한 최종 책임은 저자에게 있습니다. 저자는 환자의 개인 식별 정보 또는 민감한 미출판 데이터를 공개형 AI 플랫폼에 업로드해서는 안됩니다.

Disclosure Requirements (공개 요건)

Authors must disclose any use of AI tools at the time of abstract submission. This includes :

• the name of the tool, model version, and developer or provider
• a description of the role of the AI tool in preparing the abstract
• confirmation that the content contains no plagiarism or fabricated information

Note : AI-generated content must not be cited as a primary source.

저자는 초록 제출 시 AI 도구의 사용 여부를 반드시 공개해야 합니다. 공개 항목은 다음과 같습니다 :

• 사용한 도구의 명칭, 모델 버전 및 개발자 또는 제공자
• 초록 작성 과정에서 AI 도구가 수행한 역할에 대한 설명
• 해당 콘텐츠에 표절 또는 허위 정보가 포함되어 있지 않음을 확인

Non-Compliance and Editorial Actions (미준수 및 편집위원회의 조치)

Failure to comply with this policy - including undisclosed use of AI, inappropriate involvement of AI in study design, data analysis, or interpretation of results, or the submission of fabricated or plagiarized content - will be subject to editorial action at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Such actions may include rejection of the abstract, withdrawal of an accepted abstract, removal from the conference program, and notification to the author’s institution if deemed necessary. Repeated or serious violations may result in restrictions on future submissions.

본 정책을 준수하지 않을 경우 - AI 사용 사실의 미공개, 연구 설계·데이터 분석·결과 해석에 대한 부적절한 AI 개입, 또는 허위·표절 콘텐츠의 제출을 포함 - 학술위원회의 판단에 따라 편집 조치가 취해질 수 있습니다. 이러한 조치에는 초록의 심사 중 탈락, 채택된 초록의 철회, 학술대회 프로그램에서의 제외, 필요 시 저자 소속 기관에 대한 통보가 포함될 수 있습니다. 반복적이거나 중대한 위반이 확인될 경우 향후 초록 제출이 제한될 수 있습니다.
