Submission guidelines
The Organizing Committee of ICDM 2026 invites authors to submit original research for presentation at the congress.
All abstracts must be submitted through the online submission system.
Please review the following guidelines carefully before submission.
Abstract submission period: ~ July 20, 2026
Notification of abstract acceptance: August 24, 2026

| Authors | Do not include degrees or titles. | |
| Contents | Abstracts lacking sufficient data or containing statements such as “results will be discussed” will not be accepted. | |
| Modification | Modifications are allowed until the abstract submission deadline. No modifications will be accepted after the deadline. |

| Withdrawal | Withdrawal requests must be submitted via email to the Secretariat. Withdrawals will not be accepted after the notification of acceptance on August 24, 2026. |

Review & Notification of result
Submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Committee of Scientific Affairs.
Please note that the committee may change the preferred presentation type to facilitate effective program organization.
Notification of acceptance will be sent via email on August 24, 2026.
