ICDM 2026

Presentation guidelines

We sincerely appreciate your abstract submission and participation in the ICDM 2026. It is our great pleasure to have you at this congress.
Please be fully informed of this guidelines for your presentation. All presenting authors are requested to complete the registration with payment.

The withdrawal deadline for abstract submissions is the same as the abstract submission deadline.

  • Oral presentation 1~4: 15:40~16:40, Thursday 15 October 2026
  • Oral presentation 5~8: 16:50~17:50, Thursday 15 October 2026
  • Oral presentation 9~12: 12:40~13:40, Friday 16 October 2026
  • Oral presentation 13~16: 12:20~13:20, Saturday 17 October 2026

Presentation Type & Allocated Time

  • On-site presentation and Q&A discussion
  • The exact allotted time will be determined.
    Each presenter will be given 12 minutes, All speakers are requested to strictly observe the allocated presentation time.
  • 8 minutes talk and 4 minutes discussion
    * On-site presentation is required.

Language

- The official language of ICDM 2026 is English.

Preview Room

All presenter must stop by the preview room to check and upload presentation file at least 1 hour before your presentation time.
Authors should bring the presentation file in a USB to the preview room to upload.

It is essential to verify if your material is running properly with lecture room setting.
Please make sure not to upload presentation material directly to lecture room.
* If you are Macbook user, please bring Apple adapter (connecter cables) with you.

Presentation File

Presenter should prepare the presentation file in MS PowerPoint (Presentation Slide 16:9 ratio) in English.
Please use only basic fonts for your presentation (Arial, Times New Roman), as usage of unusual fonts may not be displayed properly.
If you must have special fonts on your slide files, please bring the font file as well.
Technical staff will be available to assist you in uploading and testing your presentation file.

You may use a template that can be downloaded through the button below.
Using the given template is not mandatory, so you can use your own PPT template.

Disclosure of COI

If the research included in your presentation was financially supported by any companies or other for-profit groups, you must indicate their role in analyzing the data or preparing the abstract in your presentation slides.
COI status of your abstract must be shown in the 2nd slide(after the title slide).
