The withdrawal deadline for abstract submissions is the same as the abstract submission deadline.

Important notes on poster viewing

• Presenting authors are encouraged to remain at their assigned poster display locations during the poster viewing sessions listed above to present their research and answer questions from attendees.

Set up

• Before 09:00, Friday 16 October 2026
  * Authors who do not post the poster without any prior notice may be disadvantages in accepting abstract in the future.

Removal

• After 16:00, Saturday 17 October 2026
  * All posters will be discarded after the removal time without notice and the secretariat will not take any responsibilities for any damage or losses of the poster.

• 90cm(W) X 140cm(H) Only One Page
